BothHow do I sign up my club?

Head to teambloom.app/signup, pick a subdomain (e.g. lakeside-hawks), and enter your billing details. Your club gets its own private space at yourname.teambloom.app in under a minute. Free trial — no credit card needed to look around. After signup, walk through the Help Center setup guides — start with Create your teams.

BothI'm a parent — how do I join my child's club?

Your club's admin or coach sends you an email invitation. Click the link, set a password, and you'll see your child's roster, schedule, and team channels right away. If you didn't receive an invite, ask your club admin — or email us and we'll track it down. Club admins setting this up: Players, guardians & invites.

BothI forgot my password.

On the login screen (web or mobile), tap “Forgot password?” and enter the email address you signed up with. You'll get a reset link within a minute or two. If it doesn't arrive, check spam — and check that you're using the correct club subdomain.

WebHow do I change my email address or name?

On the web app, go to Settings → Account. Update your name, email, or password there. Email changes require you to confirm the new address before they take effect.

BothHow do I link my account to my child's player profile?

Your club admin sets up a guardian link between your parent account and your child's player profile. Once linked, you'll see your child's schedule, team channels, and documents automatically — across the web app and the iOS / Android apps. Got more than one kid? You'll see all of them under one login. Ask your club admin if you need a link added or removed.

MobileWhere do I download the iOS or Android app?

Search “Team Bloom” on the App Store or Google Play. The app is free to download — you sign in with the same email and password you use on the web app. Full guide: Mobile apps.

MobileThe mobile app is asking which club to sign in to. What do I enter?

Enter your club's subdomain — the part before .teambloom.app. For example, if your club's web address is lakeside-hawks.teambloom.app, enter lakeside-hawks. Your club admin can tell you the exact value if you're not sure. More detail: Mobile apps.

MobileI'm not getting push notifications.

Three things to check, in order:

Device permission. On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → Team Bloom and confirm Allow Notifications is on. On Android, Settings → Apps → Team Bloom → Notifications.
App permission. Inside Team Bloom, open Account → Notifications and confirm the device toggle is on. In Messages, check that the channel isn't set to Mute.
Sign out and back in. If you recently changed devices, re-registering the push token usually fixes it.

MobileWhich iOS and Android versions does Team Bloom support?

iOS 15 and newer · Android 8 (Oreo) and newer. The app runs on iPhone and iPad, and on any Android phone or tablet meeting that minimum. If you're on an older device, the web app at teambloom.app still works on the device's browser. See Mobile apps.

BothHow do I subscribe to my child's schedule in Apple Calendar?

Open Settings → Calendar → iCal Subscriptions in Team Bloom and copy your private feed URL.

iPhone / iPad: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar → paste URL.
Mac: Calendar app → File → New Calendar Subscription → paste URL.

New events appear automatically — usually within an hour of being added in Team Bloom. Guide: Calendar feeds (iCal).

BothHow do I subscribe in Google Calendar or Outlook?

Copy your iCal feed URL from Settings → Calendar → iCal Subscriptions, then:

Google Calendar (web): Other calendars → ＋ → “From URL” → paste.
Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web → paste URL.

Google refreshes subscribed calendars every 8–24 hours by design — that's a Google limitation, not ours. Apple and Outlook refresh more often.

BothCan I subscribe to just one team's events?

Yes. Each team you're attached to gets its own iCal feed URL, plus there's an all-events feed. Subscribe to whichever combination you want.

WebHow do I sell tickets for a club event?

Open Events in the admin sidebar, create a page, and choose Tickets (or Tickets + registration for camp). The club owner must connect Stripe payouts before you publish paid tickets. Buyers check out on the public event page and receive digital tickets by email. Full guide: Event ticketing & contacting buyers.

WebHow do I contact people who bought tickets but aren't club members?

Open the event's Orders tab. Contact the buyer — named guests (for example “Guest of Mei”) have no email of their own. Click the buyer name or Contact for email, call, and text. Copy buyer emails pastes paid-order addresses into BCC for a venue change or cancellation. Phone at checkout is optional. Full guide: Event ticketing & contacting buyers.

WebWhere does ticket money go?

Ticket revenue pays out to your club's connected Stripe account, not Team Bloom's subscription billing. Buyers pay the price you set. Your payout is that amount minus Stripe card processing (2.9% + 30¢ per order) and 50¢ per ticket to Team Bloom — not a buyer surcharge, and not a cut of your dues. Only the club owner can set that up from Events or Settings → Billing → Ticket Payouts. You cannot publish paid tickets until payouts are active. See Billing & cancellation and Event ticketing.

BothHow do channels work? Who can post in them?

Every team has channels — typically a general channel, plus optional coach-only or parent-only ones. Each channel has one of three permission levels: Post (everyone can start threads), Reply (everyone can reply but only admins start threads), or Read (broadcast only). Owners and admins can always post. Full guide: Messaging & channel membership.

BothA parent / player isn't in our team channel.

Most channels auto-sync from your roster — so missing members usually means the roster needs an update, not the channel. Check that the player is on the team and that the parent has an accepted guardian link. If the channel is a custom one (manually managed), an admin needs to add them directly. WebHow do I upload a player's physical or consent form?

On the web app, open the player's profile from Teams → Roster and use the Documents tab. Pick the type (Physical, Consent, Insurance), add an expiry date, and upload the PDF or image. Player documents are stored in a private bucket — only club admins and the player's linked parents can see them.

BothI'm a parent with two kids in the club. How do I see both?

One parent login, all your kids. As long as both children have a guardian link to your account, you'll see both rosters, both schedules, and all the channels you have access to — on web and in the mobile app. Need a second child linked? Ask your club admin to add a guardian link.

WebHow does billing work? Can I cancel any time?

Billing is monthly, quarterly, or yearly — flat price for the whole club. Owners cancel from Settings → Billing — access continues until the current period ends. Use Manage Payment Method for the Stripe portal (card and invoices). No annual lock-in, no cancellation fees, no per-team or per-parent surcharges. Full guide: Billing & cancellation.

Settings → Billing → Manage Payment Method. You'll be taken to the Stripe billing portal where every past invoice is downloadable as a PDF. See Billing & cancellation.

BothWhat data does Team Bloom collect, and who can see it?

Each club's data is fully isolated — your messages, rosters, and documents are visible only to people in your club, with permissions controlled by your club's admins. Player documents (physicals, consent forms) live in a separate private bucket with signed-URL access. Full details live in our Privacy Policy and Account deletion & privacy.

BothCan I export my club's data?

Yes. Export roster CSVs from Teams & Sports (Export all rosters or a team roster's Export CSV), and registration submissions from a registration page's submissions list. We believe in data portability — you should be able to leave any month with everything you put in. See Account deletion & privacy.
