Mobile apps (iOS & Android)

Download Team Bloom, sign in with your club subdomain, and use messages, calendar, and account settings on the go.

The Team Bloom mobile app is a companion for coaches, parents, and players who already belong to a club. Clubs are created and billed on the web; the app is free to download.

Download

Minimum versions: iOS 15+ · Android 8 (Oreo)+. Older devices can still use the web app in a browser.

  1. Enter your club’s subdomain — the part before .teambloom.app.
    Example: lakeside-hawks.teambloom.app → enter lakeside-hawks.
  2. Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web, or with Sign in with Apple / Google if those are linked on your account.

Owners and admins who have a passkey or authenticator app set up can confirm sign-in in the app the same way as on the web (once that requirement is turned on). Until then, sign-in works as it does today.

Ask your club admin if you’re unsure of the subdomain.

What you can do in the app

  • Messages — read and post in team channels (same Post / Reply / Read rules as the web)
  • Calendar — view upcoming events
  • Account — profile, appearance, device notifications, child app access (COPPA), sign out

What stays on the web

Club owners and admins still use the web app for billing, creating teams and message groups, roster admin, documents upload, locations, public site settings, Events (ticketed pages, orders, contacting buyers), and CSV exports. The mobile app is for day-to-day team communication and schedule viewing. Members can open their own tickets on the web.

Push notifications

If you’re not getting pushes:

  1. Device permission — iOS: Settings → Notifications → Team Bloom. Android: Settings → Apps → Team Bloom → Notifications.
  2. In the app — open Account → Notifications (device toggle) and check per-channel mute vs all messages in Messages.
  3. Sign out and back in after switching phones so the push token re-registers.

Channel mute keeps the conversation in your list but stops pushes for that group. See Messaging & channel membership.

Forgot password

Use Forgot password? on the mobile login screen with the email on your account. Check spam if the reset email is slow, and confirm you’re signing into the correct club subdomain.
