Public tryouts belong under Events, not this calendar — see Create your first tryout. Use the team Calendar for practices and games once rosters exist.
Use recurring events for regular practices — “every Tuesday and Thursday” — so you only create them once and they populate the calendar automatically.
Practices
Open Calendar, pick a team and location, and set a weekly repeating rule. Update one instance or the series when plans change.
Games and public events
Add games and tournaments with a location and team. Mark tryouts or clinics as Public when they should appear on your club website.
Public marketing pages (ticketed dinners, camps, embedded tryout forms) are created under Events, not Calendar. See Event ticketing & contacting buyers.
