Create your teams

Set up age groups, skill levels, and rosters — each team gets its own messaging channel.

Each team gets a dedicated messaging channel automatically. Members only see events and messages for their own teams.

Before you start

Add at least one sport under Sports Settings. Teams require a sport, and positions you define there become available when you build rosters.

Create a team

  1. Open Teams in the app.
  2. Create a team with a name, sport, and color.
  3. Optionally add a short description (age group, skill level, season).

Repeat for each age group or program you run. There is no limit on team count.

Colors

Pick distinct colors so coaches and parents can tell teams apart on the calendar and in messages.
