Share the tryout link

Test the join and event URLs in a private window, then share them in the channels families already use. Recruit a few parent and player ambassadors.

Team Bloom does not email or text your list for you. Test the public URLs, then paste them into whatever families already read.

Test first

In a private / incognito window (signed out):

  1. Open your public home page (yourorg.teambloom.app).
  2. Open /join/... for the registration page (unlisted pages still work by direct URL).
  3. Open the tryout Event page.
  4. Submit a test registration and confirm the notify email arrives.

Join and event URLs 404 until the site is published. If something 404s, go back to Go live with a registration form.

Where to share

Paste one sentence and the URL into the channel you already have:

  • GroupMe, TeamSnap, SportsEngine, or last year’s email list
  • Facebook group, Instagram bio, coach text threads
  • School: morning announcements, athletic page, booster club newsletter

Do not wait for a perfect About page. A live tryout link beats a polished site nobody has opened.

Ambassadors

Ask 3–5 early-adopter parents and older players to reshare. Give them the exact sentence and the link so they are not inventing copy. That is usually faster than another blast from the office.

When submissions start landing, convert them into players and teams instead of typing the roster.
