Prefer converting public registration submissions over typing a roster — Build teams from registrations.
A Player is a roster record (name, date of birth, jersey number). A User is a login account. They are linked when someone creates a login — many players never need one.
Under 13 vs 13+
Players under 13 are added to the roster first — they do not get a direct login. You link a parent or guardian, and the parent decides whether to grant their child app access. Players 13 and older can be invited directly.
Coaches
Invite coaches from Member Settings and assign them to teams with the Coach or Assistant Coach role. Coaching staff are team members — separate from the player roster.
Guardians
Link one or more parents/guardians to each player. Guardians see their child’s schedule, documents, and team channels once they accept the invite.
Guardian profiles
Click a parent’s name on the Members page, a team’s Parents tab, a player’s Guardians card, or in a channel’s member list to open their contact sheet. It shows a large photo, tap-to-call, text and email buttons, a Save to contacts download, every player they are authorised for, and the tickets they have bought. Owners, admins, and the parent themselves can open a Receipt from each order (also listed on Tickets).
Coaching staff can open any parent at the club, and see every player that parent is authorised for — at pickup a parent takes all of their children, not just the ones on your roster. Coaches do not see payment amounts or account details.
Phone numbers are optional. Parents add their own under Settings → Account, and owners or admins can add one from the guardian’s profile. If someone filled in a phone number on an event registration form, admins are offered it as a dated suggestion to accept with one click.
People who buy tickets without a club login are not on this contact sheet. Reach them from the event’s Orders tab — see Event ticketing & contacting buyers.
Player profiles
Click a player’s name on the Members page, on a team roster, or in the dashboard My Players widget to open their profile. It shows every team they are rostered on, their upcoming events with past ones tucked behind a toggle, documents, guardians, and account status.
Players who registered through an event have a profile too, even before they join a team.
